Cabbage Fritters



Ingredients

  1. Cabbage - 1 small

  2. Green onion - 3-4 stems

  3. Egg - 3

  4. Protein of choice - Meatballs, bacon, sausage (Cooked and cut into small pieces)

  5. All-purpose flour - 2 tblspn

  6. Soy sauce - 1.5 tblspn

  7. Sugar - 1 tblspn

  8. Chicken stock - 1/8 - 1/4 cup

  9. Pepper - To taste

  10. Salt - To taste

 

Method

  1. Thinly shred 1 small cabbage. Chop spring onions.

  2. Mix cabbage, spring onion and protein in a bowl.

  3. Coat with all-purpose flour.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, chicken stock, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.

  5. Add the wet mixture into the veg mix.

  6. Preheat a skillet.

  7. Spread the batter in a circle on the pan. Flip over when the bottom is golden brown.

  8. Serve with sauce of choice.
