Ingredients
Cabbage - 1 small
Green onion - 3-4 stems
Egg - 3
Protein of choice - Meatballs, bacon, sausage (Cooked and cut into small pieces)
All-purpose flour - 2 tblspn
Soy sauce - 1.5 tblspn
Sugar - 1 tblspn
Chicken stock - 1/8 - 1/4 cup
Pepper - To taste
Salt - To taste
Method
Thinly shred 1 small cabbage. Chop spring onions.
Mix cabbage, spring onion and protein in a bowl.
Coat with all-purpose flour.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, chicken stock, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add the wet mixture into the veg mix.
Preheat a skillet.
Spread the batter in a circle on the pan. Flip over when the bottom is golden brown.
Serve with sauce of choice.
