Ingredients
Eggs - 3
Spinach, chopped - 2-3 cups
Onion, chopped - 1/2 cup
Garlic, chopped - 1 clove
Salt
Pepper
Cheese (Any type of melting cheese is good here) - 1/4 cup
Cooking oil
Method
Head a sauté pan over medium heat. Add some oil.
Add onion. Sauté for a couple minutes.
Add chopped spinach leaves and cook for another 2min.
Season with salt and pepper and set the mixture aside.
Beat the 3 eggs with garlic powder, salt, pepper and a splash of water(can also substitute milk or cream if desired).
Heat the pan you want to prepare the omlette in on medium heat.
Add some cooking oil.
Add the eggs. Spread the prepared spinach mixture on top.
Once cooked on one side, flip over and cook on other side for 2 min.
Flip back, add cheese and let it melt.
Serve hot.
